Marty Berman
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

In 2005, Marty Berman realized success could come from the nation's housing crisis and he formed Berman to maintain unsold housing portfolios for large home builders. It was the first step to creating today's Berman, a firm responsible for maintaining commercial and residential property of all types throughout Florida.

Marty previously was a highly decorated firefighter and the elected Fire Commissioner of Mount Laurel, NJ prior to moving to Orlando as an executive with the national home builder Toll Brothers, who recruited him after attending Drexel University for Construction Management.

As the CEO of Berman, Marty oversees the sales and marketing and client outreach side of the company. In that role, Marty is directly responsible

in attracting new clients to Berman and ensuring the company is part of the Central Florida community.

Marty currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Tiger Bay Club of Central Florida and is an Executive Board Member of BusinessForce, the political action arm of the Central Florida Partnership. He is a two-time winner of the prestigious Orlando Business Journals' 40 Under 40 award and was selected as the "Ultimate Newcomers" by the Orlando Business Journal for the Central Florida Golden 100 Top Private Companies List.

Marty grew up in South Florida and New Jersey, moving back to Florida in 2005. Marty is married to Nicole and they have three children.

Gianni Amidoni
Chief Operating Officer

In 2006, Gianni Amidoni and Marty Berman merged their companies to form Berman, which offers property maintenance and general contracting services to companies throughout Florida.

Today, Amidoni is responsible for all of operations of Berman, including labor management, equipment and capital expenditures, and safety and quality assurance programs. It's a role essential to Berman's success in keeping the high standard of service expected by Berman's clients.

Amidoni started in construction management career in Uruguay, where he was a construction general manager for Pintos Risso S.A. and oversaw more than 400

employees and completing more than 30 projects over his four years at the company. While there, the company received the world renowned ISO9000 award, which recognized companies with the highest standards of management.

Amidoni came to the United States in 2000 and opened Amidoni Construction & Property Maintenance, which provided various construction services to the home building industry. That company grew to more than 150 employees before he merged with Berman.

Today, Amidoni lives in Windermere with his family. Amidoni is fluent in five languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and English.

Samantha Sharenow
Senior Vice President

Since Berman's inception, Samantha Sharenow has been a part of the company's success. Starting out as a front desk receptionist over 8 years ago, Samantha has worked at nearly every position in the company. Today, her role includes Sr. Management oversight of our entire operations.

Prior to her career at Berman, Samantha worked for a large facility and landscape maintenance firm in New Jersey. She has been honored by Orlando Business Journal as a top local Construction Co leader and currently resides in Orlando,FL with her son.

Shannon Gall
Maintenance Division Manager

One of the keys to Berman's success is the daily janitorial and maintenance services the company provides, which is overseen by Shannon. She is responsible for managing daily operations, work scheduling, work orders, quality and budget control, field support, record keeping and maintaining effective lines of communication with the clients to ensure their needs and expectations are being satisfied.

Shannon, a Florida native, started with Berman in 2015 and has more than 13 years of management experience in the construction field, including overseeing all departments on multimillion dollar government, commercial and residential projects throughout Puerto Rico, Haiti and New York. Shannon currently resides in Kissimmee, FL with her son and daughter.

Andrea Grifiths
Construction Division Manager

Berman provides more than just property maintenance. Under the leadership of Andrea, it offers clients general contracting services, where her responsibilities include overseeing all general construction projects, scheduling and account management.

Andrea moved to the United States from Columbia in 1998 and served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army for five years. After that, Andrea oversaw the

operations and construction of a national health club franchise in the southwest. In 2015, she joined Berman.

She enjoys Florida's outdoor living and spending time with her family frequenting the Disney theme parks. Andrea is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Upper Iowa's school of Public Administration.
