As the President and Founder of Berman, Marty is the Chief Executive and oversees all of the company’s strategy as well as the sales and marketing teams. He is responsible for the continued growth of Berman and also ensuring the company gives back to the communities where we operate Nationwide.

Samantha Sharenow has been a part of the company’s success. Starting as an administrative assistant starting in 2009, Samantha has worked at nearly every company position and progressively worked her way up through the ranks. Today, her role includes Sr. Management oversight of our entire operation.

Katie comes to the team with over 14+ years of experience in construction, property and facility management and is involved in all company operations. Katie is a Central Florida native and has worked in the Lake Nona area since 2009. Her years of industry and regional knowledge make her an invaluable asset to the Berman team.
