Marty Berman
Marty started Berman over 20 years ago with a vision to bring a fresh approach to facility/property services. As the Founder & President of Berman, Marty oversees company strategy and leads the sales and marketing teams. Marty attended Drexel University and is also a licensed Florida General Contractor. Marty has been recognized by industry leaders and currently speaks about facility management, customer service, and facility safety across the country.
For Berman today, Marty is responsible for the company’s overall vision, culture and strategy that will continue to drive Berman into the future. Marty supports his teams’ success and truly believes that Berman is the company that it is today due to the front line employees who work tirelessly to make our clients properties safe and secure.
Marty calls Florida home and lives in Lake Nona with his wife and their three children.
Founder & President
Samantha Sharenow
Samantha started with Berman as an Administrative Assistant nearly 17 years ago and has grown through every position within the organization. She supports Marty in strategy development, plan execution and organizational planning.
For Berman today, Samantha leads all company operations and has been a top contributor to Berman Security’s rapid growth.
Samantha is a native of New Jersey and relocated to Florida with Berman in 2009. She lives in Lake Nona, loves traveling, cooking, and cheering on her teenage son Tony playing basketball.
